An information node providing information about environmental education has been functioning as part of the Bulgarian CHM.

The Information node provides opportunities to use and offer information for curriculums, good practices, projects, publications and programmes, networking, calendar of events, etc., for organizing and carrying out nature conservation education activities.

The information included is developed by teachers and schools on the territory of the Regional Education Inspectorates in Varna, Burgas, Blagoevgrad, Dobrich, Lovech, Plovdiv, Sofia (town) that are under the Ministry of Education and Science; the Youth Information Network (Burgas), Time Ecoprojects Foundation (Sofia), Center 21 (Varna).

The Information Node provides access to information and opportunities for information sharing on topics- such as: high school curricula, best practices, projects, publications and papers, networking, calendar of events- all related to the organizing and carrying out environmental education.

The information presented has been provided by schools and teachers from the regions of Varna, Bourgas, Blagoevgrad, Dobrich, Lovech, Plovdiv, and Sofia, and two non-governmental organizations: TIME Foundation and Center 21- Varna.
